We are looking for driven and motivated clinicians-leaders to join our world class leadership program.
12 months pathway to get to leadership, be expected to lead within the first 3-6 months, upon completing set goals you will graduate as a regional clinical manager.
Rigid learning path (formal classes and workshops): Leadership, health-business, people, finance, HR, operations, marketing and more.
Regular mentoring sessions from experienced leaders within and outside of F2H.
